Good Manufacturing Practices:
Include: a monthly self-inspection program, documented ingredient sampling, specification and analysis, an environmental and equipment monitoring program, and incoming goods inspection program, a supplier certification and guarantee program, pre-shipping quality check and microbiological analysis, shipping vehicle inspection program, new employ training program and documented plant policies.
Laboratory In-House Analysis:
At SENBA, we have an in-house laboratory where we can analyze the physical characteristics of each product (pH, Salt, Moisture, Brix), as well as being able to detect microorganisms and microbial growth (SPC, E Coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold). As an extra safeguard and customer service, we also verify our results by using an outside laboratory.
